Well, its been a while. Todays run was pretty good. Today was Level 2 long run so we ran with them, tomorrow is the Level 3 long run, 9 miles I think, should be fun! :)

Today was our long run, 9 miles like I said. It really wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. Haha, it was actually really enjoyable! I also did doubles today so I ran 3 miles this morning, I am definatly looking forward to the weather getting warm! :) I am not much for cold weather.

Today we did a nice and easy run. It feels pretty good to have a break form the long mileage. We did Shoe run today. I havent done that one for a long time.

Today was another doubles day so I did 3 miles today before school and then we did 7 after school. It was actually a trail run today. We went on the Temple Quarry Trail and ran up above the "D" on the Black Hill over by the old airport. It was fun, probably the best trail Ive done!

I thought morning practice was only on Tuesdays and Thursdays but our coach surprised us with a morning run! Nice and chilly! We did an easy 7 after school.

Today I ran an easy 5 on my own. It was at about 3ish so it was warm. Perfect weather for running. I am glad it was an easy run today, we have had a lot of mileage this week, I can definatly feel it in my legs but hey, thats what stretching is for!
