If you ran your HARDEST, that's all that matters.

Today we did like 10ish miles, we did a workout on the track and it felt pretty good. I havent updated this for a long time so I am just starting again from today. We did 2x 1200, 2x 1000, and 3x 800. It was a good hard workout, but I need to stay positive, so I will just say that it hurt so good!

Yesterday and today was the Pine View Invitational and I was really mad at myself today after my race. I didnt PR, I started out a little too fast, and the only reason I could see that I did so terrible is that I havnt ran as much as I should have been in two weeks.

Still not doing as much, hopefully my ankle will get feeling better soon.

Well, my race pretty much sucked today. I don't even know what to say about it besides that I did really bad.

Well, I guess I didnt really suck today, but I was the most upset over my race today than I have ever been in my whole running part of my life.
