Okay, I know I havn't blogged for a long time... Red Leader, thank you for not eating me alive like you said you would. Well, now that my darn stress fracture is gone I am back up to my full mileage. I am not getting the times I wanted to this year but there is always next year. Today I didn't run as much because the doctor said no running until tomorrow. I had a cortizone shot today because my ankle has been bugging me again, but it really hurt on Tuesday after region. And it was swollen on Wednesday morning. Hopefully the pain will ware off by the time tomorrow rolls around.

Today I did about three. I was in town this morning so I decided I would get a change of scene and run somewhere else today. It was good to run from somewhere besides the school or my house. : )

Well, today I am kind of unsure about my mileage. I ran some 200's on my own today.

Well, state is tomorrow! I am way nervous, even though I ran last year. I am hoping to get at least sub 17 today. I think that is an acheivable goal. Is acheivable even a word? Today we did 3 and some striders. The weather was great! ;)
