Well, today we did mile repeats, and I bombed it! It is so freaking hot outside! I am really looking forward to having the nice October weather. I really wish that coach would let us do our workouts in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, it seems like no matter how much water I drink I still feel like crap for our afternoon practices. I was supposed to do 6 repeats, but only did 4.

I think I would much rather do a distance run than do workout... But that is just my opinion. Today we did 8 miles out to the Washington Fields, with ususal morning run. Thank the heavens for the Virgin River and Kyler's hose! It felt so good to wear my wet shirt while we had a slight breeze.

Today we did our usual arctic circle run in the morning and then after school we had a tempo on the dogpound loop, and then we did striders afterwards. The tempo went really well and I felt great! :D
