It was actually a very fun run. we ran on the Hells Hole trail head. I will be gone the rest of the week so I will keep track of my runs this week and get back.

Hi Colton! That is fun that you and your cross country team have blogs on here. I just checked out your teams running schedule. wow. pretty committed. Maybe we'll get to do a run together up in Kolob this week. If I feel like getting up early for a run.
